One founder. Every layer.
Full Stack Legacy is founded and led by Adam Solomine.
01 / 03 · The short version
I have spent my career in the seats most companies fill one at a time. Operations leadership since 2000, across national retail and a 700-person global organization. Consulting since 2017, full-time since 2020 under the InFinancer name: project management at the PMP level, business consulting, fractional executive work. Before any of that, radio broadcasting, marketing and entertainment. Somewhere along the way, people I worked with started calling me a Full Stack C-Suite. The name stuck because it was accurate.
Full Stack Legacy is where that work lives now: consulting under the InFinancer brand, and AI and app products built with the same discipline.
The pattern shows up in every seat. Co-op advertising dollars nobody was claiming, run back up to 90% utilization across 14 vendors. Custom jewelry production nobody could see, rebuilt into a tracking system the company then adopted at its other locations. A tax compliance function sitting at 7.5%, rebuilt to 97.1% across 700 people. None of it was in the job description. Each one was the thing in front of me that nobody had picked up, and the only measure that counted was whether the team could still run it after I left.
02 / 03 · Why "Legacy"
Legacy was the word before the company was. It named a podcast, it runs through the InFinancer practice, and it is the standard for everything built here: work that outlasts the engagement, products that outlast the launch.
03 / 03 · What I believe about the work
- Service first. The value comes before the ask, and it does not stop if the deal does.
- Plain language. If a plan cannot be explained in a page, it is not finished.
- Lean by default. Free before paid, existing before new, revenue before polish. We hold ourselves to the same rule we hand to clients.
- Built to hand off. The goal of every engagement is a team that no longer needs us.
